On a quarterly basis we measure and record our carbon footprint based on our processes.
All waste is handled and treated locally, and if required sent to a final depository.
We have developed a “Zero” philosophy to work towards eliminating injuries to personnel.
WellConnection has a system for reporting accidents and incidents and we have employee elected safety delegates. Our safety delegates perform regular inspections which are documented and reported. Details of any reportable accident or incident are passed to the authorities and the client if required.
We run a range of “Doing It Right” safety campaigns to continuously remind our colleagues of its importance.
The HSEQ Management System is the subject to internal audits and risk assessments, as well as annual client and third-party audits.
