With effect from July 1st 2020, WellConnection Mongstad AS and WellConnection Chemtech AS have been merged into WellConnection Incon AS. At the same time WellConnection Incon AS will change its name to WellConnection Norway AS. Former WellConnection Mongstad AS with company registration number 991 965 955 and WellConnection Chemtech AS with company registration number 916 305 893 will become a part of WellConnection Norway AS with company registration number 947 393 103.
WellConnection Norway AS will continue the operations of WellConnection Mongstad AS and WellConnection Chemtech AS, and thereby take on the responsibility for all customer contracts, including our agreement with your Company. Other than WellConnection Norway AS taking on the responsibility for the contract with you and related invoicing of our services, the restructuring will not have other impacts to our cooperation. We will continue our operations from the same locations and you will have the same contact person within WellConnection Norway AS, alternatively you are also welcome to the undersigned (ref contact details below). The purpose of the restructuring is to optimize our business operations and simplify our current legal structure.
Please note that WellConnection Norway AS has a factoring agreement with SpareBank 1 Factoring AS. See therefore attached information from the Factoring institution regarding new payment information for future invoices.
